Pieter Stemmet and Petrie Marais through SteMar have developed Soteria Estate in Swellendam, a 22-unit Frail Care and Emergency Centre in Ceres and the highly successful JE Park Wellness Centre in Robertson.
Martin Wragge has developed Century City, Canal Walk, Tyger-valley and Mountain Mill Shopping Centres in SA together with Market Place Centre in Bolton, the UK, and Kisswater Centre and 8,000 Apartments in Yinchuan, China
