Robert Alexander, through Ducatus Property Group, has developed and/or co-developed Mountain Mill Shopping Centre in Worcester, 25-storey The Halyard Office Tower in Cape Town, Oceans Mall in Umhlanga and numerous other shopping centres throughout SA.
Pieter Stemmet and Petrie Marais through SteMar have developed Soteria Estate in Swellendam, a 22-unit Frail Care and Emergency Centre in Ceres and the highly successful JE Park Wellness Centre in Robertson.
Martin Wragge has developed Century City, Canal Walk, Tyger-valley and Mountain Mill Shopping Centres in SA together with Market Place Centre in Bolton, the UK, and Kisswater Centre and 8,000 Apartments in Yinchuan, China
